Sevenfold Data Solutions operates sevenfolddata.com as an information and advertising website for businesses. This policy applies solely to information collected through this website. It does not govern the data Sevenfold licenses, acquires or processes as a commercial service — that is covered under Our data business below.

This website does not collect data

We do not collect, gather, build, enrich, sell or share personal data through this website. There is no advertising pixel, retargeting tag, identity-resolution script, data-broker tag or audience-building technology on sevenfolddata.com, and we do not use any Sevenfold data product to identify, profile or target the people who visit it.

The only personal information we hold from this website is what you choose to send us. If you email us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever else you write, such as your company and the markets you mention. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, time of request — for security and to keep the site running.

For the avoidance of doubt: no information collected from sevenfolddata.com is added to the Sevenfold player graph or to any Sevenfold data product, and none of it is sold, licensed or shared with any third party for that party’s own purposes.

What we do with an enquiry

We use it to reply to you, to work out whether we can help, and to manage the business relationship that follows. We may send relevant business communications to a business contact where the law allows it, and you can ask us to stop at any time. We keep enquiries only as long as we reasonably need them for those purposes and for our own legal, accounting and security records.

Who else sees it

Service providers that host the website, deliver our email and keep both secure, acting under contract and on our instructions; our professional advisers; and anyone we are required by law to tell, or must tell to protect rights, safety and security. Information may also transfer as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets. Beyond that, no one.

Our data business is governed separately

Sevenfold Data Solutions licenses, acquires, processes and analyses data as a business-to-business service for licensed gaming operators, platforms, aggregators and commercial partners. None of that activity happens on this website and none of it is governed by this policy.

Each engagement runs under its own contractual framework — a services agreement, a data licensing agreement, a data processing agreement and any separate notices that engagement requires — together with the data protection, advertising and gaming laws and policies in force in the market concerned. Those agreements set who is responsible for lawful basis, consent, notice, retention, security and individual rights for each data set, and consent and provenance are evidenced market by market before any data set is used.

If you believe Sevenfold holds information about you through one of our clients or partners, write to jon@sevenfolddata.com. We will identify the party responsible for that data set and route your request to them, and we will support them in answering it.

Your choices about website information

You may ask us to give you a copy of, correct, or delete the information we hold from this website, and you may opt out of business communications at any time. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, additional rights may apply. Send requests to jon@sevenfolddata.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We do not target minors

This website is directed to businesses, not to consumers, and not to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this website, and if we learn that we have, we delete it. Sevenfold does not target minors in any audience, campaign, game or data product; every Sevenfold audience is 18+, and age assurance and responsible-gaming obligations are built into the agreements that govern our client work.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a website that holds very little personal information. No internet service is completely secure.

Where information is processed

Sevenfold Data Solutions is established in the United States, and information you send through this website may be processed there and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where a transfer requires a specific safeguard under the law that applies to you, we put that safeguard in place.
